Velocity ships as a single ~500 MB desktop installer for macOS and Windows. You'll sign in with your org credentials after install — if you don't have an org yet, start a free trial first.

First-time setup checklist

  1. Install the .dmg or .exe above.
  2. Launch Velocity. Sign in with the same credentials you use in the client portal.
  3. Your Manager or Admin has already added you to one or more projects. Pick one to start a session.
